The Lithe
Method™ is a fun, multitasking and highly effective (albeit addictive)
fitness regime that burns fat, sculpts muscle and puts your butt back where
it used to be…in record time. Our intense, systematic, cardiovascular
workout uses isometrics, strength training with weights, a ballet barre,
other small equipment and the body’s own weight for resistance. The challenging
combination of muscle-shaking hell and deep stretches fill the gaps left
behind by traditional yoga and Pilates. |

In every Lithe Method class, clients
will use weights, the ballet barre and small equipment to strengthen and
lengthen every muscle in the body. Regardless of class level, all
classes are programmed to make the most out of every minute. Our
instructors move among the class to position, align and provide individual
attention.
level 1
A progressive introduction to the
basic movements, positions and methodology of the Lithe Method.
level 2
Flowing and quick paced with emphasis
on form. More verbal instruction and hands on instruction.
mixed
In our mixed level classes, beginners
will be given modifications and those who are more familiar with the method
will be prepared for an intense cardiovascular workout.
level 3
A super intense, fast paced, total
body workout for the advanced client.
