The original Lithe Method® studio opened in Northern Liberties at Liberties Walk in Philadelphia in 2005. After three successful years, we decided to offer our clients more! In November of 2007, we expanded and opened our second location in the Medical Tower in Rittenhouse Square. In April of 2011, the time was right for a third studio, in the heart of Old City.

We now have three boutique studios with full-service showers and locker rooms, top-notch instructors, convenient class times and easy parking. Join us at:
