REGULAR LEVEL CLASSES:
Yes, you are ready. No, you don’t need to take the Immersion again.

WHAT CLASSES SHOULD I TAKE?
All classes build upon what you learned in our Immersion and Lithe 101.  All classes are total-body workouts with an emphasis on a body “part or area.” Every Lithe class and instructor is unique. Jump right in and see what works for you! Need help? Just Ask! We can help you come up with a plan.

WE RECOMMEND:
Skinny Jeans™, Sculpt & Split™ are the most popular “entry” classes, but all classes give effective full-body workouts. Yes, you will be sore, you’ll see results quickly and you can absolutely modify. Our instructors will never push you beyond your current limits. Hate crowds? No worries, our band classes are capped at 16 people & non-band classes are capped at 22. You’ll always get the attention you need!

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO I NEED TO LITHE TO SEE RESULTS?
Depends on your goals. We have you coming 2 times a week in the Immersion to start a trend with you. We need to see you at least twice a week to give you the results that you want. If you can come 3-4 times a week you’re golden. Many of our clients happily Lithe everyday (it’s addictive!).

BAND CLASSES:
(Immersion™, Lithe 101™, Waspie™, Split™, Higher Power™, Thinny™, Barlesque™ & Twiggy™): We recommend and require cardio gloves to help with beginner hand pain, your grip, the sweat-factor and the hygienic issue.

CLASS CARDS:
Great for those who Lithe 2-3 times a week. The more classes you purchase, the more the class cards save you.

UNLIMITED MONTHLY:
Totally worth it and an incredible bargain if you Lithe 3+ times a week.
