REQUIREMENTS:
We require that we receive your payment, registration and waiver prior to the start of the Immersion course and all classes. We supply all that you need from mats to small equipment. Gloves are required for all band classes. Our registration form and waiver can be emailed, sent via snail mail, dropped off or faxed to 215.545.5146.

CLASS CARD EXPIRATION (YOU SNOOZE, YOU LOSE):
Our 5 and 10 class cards expire after 3 months and our 20′s and 30′s are good for 6 months. No extensions, no freezes. No exceptions.

IMPORTANT POLICIES:
Our cancellation, reservation, IP and class card expiration policies are stated on our website, registration and waiver, on-line reservation system and on client receipts. Early cancellations are allowed up to 6 hours prior to each class at no charge. Clients will be charged for  Late Cancellations (those received after the 6 hour window). If you late cancel, or, do not show up and a cancellation is not received, your account will be deducted a class. If you are on a unlimited monthly package, a day will be deducted for each absence.

  • Class packages and memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable & cannot be extended.
  • Monthly packages (1-a-day or premium) can be frozen for up to 7 days at a time, up to twice per year.  We cannot freeze a monthly for more than 7 days at a time. 
  • Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change without notice
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • For the safety and consideration of all clients, late entries will not be allowed into class 5 minutes after class has begun.
  • CELL PHONES & HAND BAGS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE MAT-ROOM.

 

WAIT LISTS:
Some Lithe classes do have wait lists – our wait lists move quickly, and many clients get into classes from the wait list.  When you are on a wait list and a spot opens up in the class, you are automatically moved into the class and an email notification is sent to the email on file. You can be moved into a class from a wait list after the 6-hour late cancellation period, and will be charged for the class if you cancel or miss the class at that point.  This includes notifications for 6am classes that are sent after you are in bed.  If you make alternate plans, or will not be able to check your email prior to the class, please remove yourself from the wait list to avoid being moved into the class and charged.
