Lithe is an innovative, fun, and effective fitness regimen inspired by the movement and spirit of cheerleading.  Named "Best Fitness Studio",  "Best Core Toning Workout" by SELF, and "Best Workout For Dance Lovers" by Glamour. Since 2005, we've been empowering people through movement via the Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting technique.  Cardio-Cheer-Sculpting combines the dynamic cardio of cheer choreography with the grounded sculpting of cheer-based conditioning. Our vigorous (and sweaty!) workouts challenge clients through the use of weights, rebounders, a barre, and resistance training via our signature Higher Power Band system. With more than 50 high-energy cardio and sculpting workouts in rotation, Lithe keeps clients engaged and ensures that they never plateau. Lithe is a Cardiovascular, Sculpting (toning) & Total-Body workout (think: sweaty)!  Some of our classes are high energy and produce a higher cardio burn, while some are slower and grounded, with a focus on sculpting your muscular foundation.  

Follow the key!  Our class schedules are mapped out strategically to allow you to alternate sculpting and cardio workouts, and target alternating zones of the body.  We’ve organized our schedules so that if you Lithe at the same time every day, you’ll never become bored, and never plateau.  Rule breaker? you’ll see opposing workouts on our schedules, too.
